Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie

These pumpkin chocolate chip cookies were such a hit. It was really hard for me not to eat them all, let alone everyone else. Once you start eating them you can't stop! I did add an egg because I usually do that with recipes even if they don't call for it. And instead of adding oil I added melted margarine because I always think that gives better flavor either that or melted butter instead of oil... And I added a few Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips. And it was perfect.. I do think the mix could have some more chocolate chips in it for sure, because even with me adding some, I think there could be more! .Such an easy mix and the super fresh pumpkin flavor. Oh my goodness I can't wait to get some more to mix up, and I showed my daughter the box because she was so in love with them, She just had the last two tonight here before she went home and she wants to make them, ASAP! I got the box at Walmart, actually discounted for some reason, I hope they have more!! Thanks for such a great cookie mix!! 💟

When I finally baked the cookies - they were so delicious that I went back to the store to find more - but they were completely out. So, I researched it and found there was a website and bought 4 more boxes - so excited to serve them at Thanksgiving.
