This is the best flour I know for my sourdough bread.
I was able to get a 2 lb bag at a 99 cent only store for $1.50.
Thought I would give it a try. Not knowing anything about this product before.
First I made pizza dough with the bread recipe on the back of the bag. When it was all mixed up, it was a little too wet to make pizza crust. So added a half cup more flour and it was perfect.
Crust had great flavor and a wonderful chew.
Next day I made rolls with a recipe off of the Lehi Mill's web site.
Totally awesome. Fluffy center and a nice chewy crust on the outside.
Went back to the store today and bought the last 12 they had. And had them order another case for me.
Being a first time user of this flour, I used it for making rolls and pizza dough. The dough had the high gluten I was looking for. It produced a great roll and pizza crust. I highly recommend.
