I love Lehi mills mixes and how easy they are. I decided to order the 2lb bags this time and figured I could get 2 batches from the bag. But the directions on the bag have just the directions for the whole bag. I wish the directions on the cookies were like the muffins with option to make a single batch.

Cakey, not Cookie Consistency
Not sure what I did wrong but mine came out cakey like little muffins. I followed the directions and they look nothing like the pic on the box. Still edible and the flavor is good but I would prefer they have a cookie, not a muffin, consistency.

The pumpkin/chocolate chip cookies are SO good! And you can't beat the ease of fixing them! We really like these so much that we have delayed buying the pumpkin in a can for a few days so that we don't eat them so fast!
