Vegan Brownie Mix

These are the best boxed brownie mix! They come out fudgy, which I what I like. The mixture is very thick, so it makes mixing a little tough. But they are so delicious!

Easy to make. Substitute apple suace for the vegetable oil and decrease the fat. Use Miss Jones Frosting. Delicious! People who would not eaten vegan love these Brownies!

Finally, a no-hassle plant-based brownie mix. These brownies are easy to make and taste delicious. In fact, they taste just as good as the dairy-based brownies my mother made.

I have prepared the mix both by hand and with a mixer as the directions say. Both worked, but the mixer batch did have a better consistency.

For some reason, the local grocers either stopped carrying the mix (or were unable to keep it in stock) so I am now buying direct from LEHI Mills. Packages in with boxes of six seem to make packaging for shipment easier.
