Vegan Pancake Mug Cake
- 1/4 cup of Lehi Mills Plant-Based Pancake Mix
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 teaspoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons of water
- More cinnamon and maple syrup (optional)
Combine all ingredients and microwave for 90 seconds. Top with more cinnamon and maple syrup.
