Easy After School Brownie Oreo Cake Pops
We love St. Patrick's day and are so excited to launch a series of holiday themed recipes! Out of all of the ones we created, these brownie oreo cake pops are honestly one of our favorites. It's so easy to make and the bite size proportions mean you can indulge without accidentally eating the entire batch (though you can easily eat them in one sitting - they're that good).
As you can see, we made ours green for the holiday, but you can make them any color you want. We also decided to add gold sprinkles to the top in order to make these brownie oreo cake pops look a little like those pots of gold leprechauns supposedly leave lying around at the end of rainbows. While we all wish they were real pots of gold, these delicious treats are a great compromise!
