Most vegan brownie mixes aren’t that great, if we’re being honest! Our Plant-Based Brownie Mix is rich and fudgy, and tastes amazing with a few vegan chocolate chips added! It’s also the best because you don’t need to add an egg replacer. Our mix is just add water and oil! It’s so incredibly easy and tasty.
We took our Plant-Based Brownie Mix and added a few simple ingredients to make it rise quickly and stay fluffy in the microwave! Instead of waiting half an hour or more to make a brownie, you only have to wait five minutes!
Try this Vegan Brownie Mug Cake recipe!
Vegan Brownie Mug Cake
- ¼ cup Lehi Mills Plant-Based Brownie Mix
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp oil
- 3 tbsp water
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Combine all ingredients and microwave for 90 seconds. Top with chocolate chips. Let cool slightly and enjoy while warm!
