A Brief History about the S’more
The name “s’more” actually comes from the combining of the words ‘some’ and ‘more’, because when you taste a s’more, you’re definitely going to want some more.
The graham cracker was invented in 1829 by a Presbyterian Minister in New Jersey named Sylvester Graham as a way to control certain urges. - 2 cups of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of milk chocolate chips

About ½ a cup of ground or crushed graham crackers added to the waffle batter will give your s’mores waffles their cinnamon and sugar sweetness, combined with a little coarseness for crunch.
The next item you will need is marshmallows. Instead of one large marshmallow that usually comprises a s’more, using smaller marshmallows spread throughout will melt easier and give your s’mores waffles a gooier taste.

Prep Your Waffle Iron
Pre-heat your waffle maker or waffle iron. Spray the top and the bottom with non-stick cooking spray. Let the waffle iron warm up thoroughly before pouring the batter into it so that your waffles will turn out golden brown and not soggy.
You can mix all of your ingredients together and pour them into the waffle maker if you want a more blended flavor. To keep the marshmallow and chocolate from making a mess inside your waffle iron, a piece of parchment paper placed on the top and bottom of the griddle will prevent too much sticking.
However, if you want that true s’mores taste, only make the waffle batter mixed with the graham crackers first. This creates your base for adding the marshmallows and the chocolate.

Place one formed waffle back inside the waffle maker, add the chocolate and marshmallows, and top with the other waffle. Press the waffle iron lid down on the whole waffle to melt the ingredients in the middle.
