Five-Ingredient Peach Cobbler

Happy summer, y’all! We’re here today with a super yummy and simple peach cobbler recipe. This recipe is a little different from your traditional peach cobbler. A traditional peach cobbler has a very liquid-y cobbler base that thickens up like a pancake. This peach cobbler recipe is a thick and buttery dough that tastes more like a sugar cookie! And it uses pancake mix and salted butter to cut down on the number of ingredients that you need. You only need FIVE ingredients to make the best peach cobbler ever!

Five-Ingredient Peach Cobbler

6 peaches, sliced

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup salted butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup Buttermilk Pancake Mix

Turbinado sugar, for sprinkling (optional)

Mix the peaches and 1/4 cup sugar. Place in the bottom of a greased 9×9 baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, vanilla, and pancake mix until it forms a dough. Spread chunks of the dough evenly over the peaches.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the turbinado sugar on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
