Coconut Macaroon Brownies

Happy National Macaroon Day! We love a delicious coconut macaroon, so we added a delicious coconut macaroon layer to our favorite Double Fudge Brownie Mix to celebrate! These are a super easy treat that all of your coconut-loving family members and friends will die for!

Coconut Macaroon Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 box Lehi Mills Brownie Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine the brownie mix, water, and oil in a medium bowl. Mix until combined. Set aside. In another medium bowl, combine the coconut, sweetened condensed milk, salt, and vanilla. Pour half the brownie mixture in a greased 8×8 pan. Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the brownie batter. Top with remaining batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
