Coconut Macaroon Brownies
- 1 box Lehi Mills Brownie Mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 cups coconut
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine the brownie mix, water, and oil in a medium bowl. Mix until combined. Set aside. In another medium bowl, combine the coconut, sweetened condensed milk, salt, and vanilla. Pour half the brownie mixture in a greased 8×8 pan. Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the brownie batter. Top with remaining batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
