Brownie Brittle Recipe

Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and egg until just combined.
  3. Pour a thin layer of batter onto a greased or lined cookie sheet; the recipe will be enough to make 3 cookie sheets.
  4. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes before removing the brownie brittle from the oven to let cool. Once cooled, use a knife or pizza cutter to cut into pieces.

Optional: Bake this recipe your own (see what we did there) by adding different treats into the batter! You can use chocolate chips, m&m, crushed oreos, nuts, peppermint, or even cherries to top off your brownie brittle.
