Brownie Bites Recipe

Mix the brownie mix, oil, and water. Spread in a thin layer in a 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes. Once the brownies are cooked, cut off the corners and add the rest of the brownie to a bowl. Mix up with your hands and roll into 1 tablespoon sized balls. Freeze for an hour.

Melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a bowl. Dip the frozen brownie bites in the chocolate, and place on a cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet to keep the drips from pooling around the brownie balls. Freeze until the chocolate hardens.
