Almost Homemade Blondie Brownie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Peacock All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 3 cups of Double Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 6 tablespoon of water
  • tablespoon of vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a medium bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the butter. Carefully mix in the brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the butter mixture into the flour mixture and stir.
  5. In another bowl, mix the water, vegetable oil, and brownie mix. Blend with a hand-held mixer for two minutes.
  6. Pour some of the brownie batter into a greased 9x9 pan. Add some blondie batter into the brownie batter, and repeat until both mixtures are gone.
  7. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
