The Shelby Report, a regional food chain trade and grocery publication, highlighted Lehi Mills’ 2018 rebrand and expansion. The magazine offers nationwide as well as regional coverage for the food trade industry. The Shelby Report publishes five editions of the magazine to different regions of the country. The publication published its article about Lehi Mills bread flour in The Shelby Report of the West. This edition covers Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

The magazine reported about the national product launch and the new brand design. In addition, the publication wrote about the national launch and new interactive e-commerce website.

The article also highlighted the superior quality of Lehi Mills’ bread flour. Likewise, it mentioned that the company works with local wheat farmers within a 300-mile radius of the mill. This allows the mill to trace the wheat. Also, the article recognized that Lehi Mills participates in the wheat production, from its planting and growing to harvest and transportation to the mill.
